11. Non Compete
You cannot compete with the business model of The Real Deal Video Strategist Club to train others for a profit using The Real Deal Video Strategist Club materials for 2 years after becoming a member. This term does not prevent you from using The Real Deal Video Strategist Club training to run your video production and strategy business but you cannot sell online training materials and training similar to that of The Real Deal Video Strategist Club to a similar target demographic of videographers. This includes any training of sales, video strategy, video marketing, content strategy, etc. Violation of this term allows The Real Deal Video Strategist Club and TRDVSC, LLC to obtain any necessary restraining orders from a Court of Competent Jurisdiction to stop the unlawful competition.
